A Bedouin mother and her small child near the old Nabatian city of Ovdat in the Negev Desert of south Israel. Day by day, this Bedouin woman goes out with the herd and her 3 kids into the dry riverbeds of the desert highland. They go out from their tent early in the morning, 3 donkeys, 8 camels and a couple dozen sheep's and goats to try and find some food in the hot summer days. It seams like the animals know the way, as they lead into the wilderness with great confidence. After many hours in the sun, they turn around and head back to heir camp, and will reach it just before the sun will sets over the hills.
