Mt. Sodom near the Dead-Sea is made of 99% pure salt.
erosion of water has created a unique phenomenon of chimneys and underground wadis.
in order to see the chimneys, we need to crawl in one of many caves that are deep in the hurt of the mountain.
the specific chimney is approximately 60 meters high and 5 meters in diameter.
a few meters from the chimney lies the pillar of salt, best known as "Lots wife".
the biggest cave of the mountain, knowen as "Malcham Cave" has 5 floors and endless channels and chambers full of stalactite and stalagmite,
no body know where this cave ends.
all caves are closed to the public due to the danger of collapse.
